Here We Go Again - Montrose Service Announcement

Firstly we hope that our customers, dealers & your family / friends are safe and well, that you are managing to get through this difficult time, likewise we offer our sympathies to those of you who have been directly impacted by the effects of this terrible virus.

With the easing of Government restrictions & the implementation of Covid-19 safe working practices, we are pleased to announce that we like many of our dealers, have started to operate once again – we are taking orders / manufacturing / delivering. Please note that at this early stage though, this is with both reduced administrative & production / delivery teams, so that we can keep both our staff & customers safe, while at the same time starting to fulfil some of the outstanding / new orders which we have received from you.

As you might appreciate, this may impact our ability to provide normal enquiry / order response times, production lead times & delivery days / schedules, as we will need to adapt our operation related to capacities & business volumes. We hope that you will understand & bare with us, as we like yourselves adapt to the new business environment that we find ourselves operating in. Be assured though, we are aiming to support your own efforts to get things going again, so will increase capacities / staffing as both safe & viable to do so.
